Hello finalists, congratulations to you all! We are so proud of you for your success so far in the whole process of BIMC 2026 competition.
You are invited to the BIMC Final In-person Competition on the July 11th in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Please let us know immediately if you need to apply a visa to US and an invitation letter for the BIMC Final-Round Competition, the Winners' Concert & Award Ceremony, and the following events of the Boston Int'l Music Festival! We can provide invitation letters for applying US visa. Also, please plan to arrive in Boston at least one day before July 11th. Good luck and we look forward to seeing you then!
If any finalists could not come to Boston for the in-person competition for any reasons, they can submit a video link before June 20th to participate the final competition, but please do let us know your choice by June 1st if you can. However, we strongly encourage all finalists to come for an in-person performance.
For Final In-person Competition, every contestant needs to prepare ONE piece of music to perform in front of a panel of judges in their specialty. The time length of the music should be normally 2 mins to 8 mins, but absolutely no more than 10 mins at maximum.
The schedule for the final-round competition on July 11th will be sent out to all finalists before July 4th. The Winners' Concert & Award Ceremony will be on July 12th in the afternoon, followed in the evening by the BIMC Reception Dinner. Any contestants who want to participate in the music/ivy league school exploration program on July 13th to 14th, please click here to register as soon as possible to secure your spots.

On July 18th, we shall celebrate the finale of the Boston Int'l Music Festival with two more exciting concerts: (a). "World Young Musician Showcase" – July 18 at 2 PM, and (b). About The Boston International Music Festival (BIMF)
As a new structure, we have expanded the BIMC this year to an eight-day Boston International Music Festival, including:
1. BIMC Final-Round Competition on July 11th,
2. BIMC Winners' Concert & Award Ceremony on July 12th,
3. Two-day Music/Ivy League School Exploration on July 13th - 14th,
4. Three-day Masterclasses by BIMC Judges and/or Renowned Musicians on July 15th - 17th, and
5. Two More Exciting Concerts:
