提示：请在付款和提交申请前阅读以下注意事项

Please read the following before paying and submitting your application

所有申请均需遵守以下规定

1. 只有晋级决赛的选手才可以提交决赛申请、支付决赛费用

2. 决赛选手只可以在晋级的比赛类别及年龄组参加决赛

3. 每份申请只能提交一首歌曲的视频链接

4. 先支付申请费，然后提交申请和视频链接，申请费不可退

5. 决赛报名、视频提交截止日期为2026年7月5日

6. 评审团的决定和公告为最终决定

7. 任何重新审议申请均需经大赛组委会批准

All applications are subject to the following rules

1. Only finalists can submit Final-R2 application and make the payment

2. Finalists can only apply the Final Competition in the same category and the same age-group as they have been proceeded

3. Each application can only submit one video link

4. Pay the Final-R2 application fee first, then submit the application and video link. The application fee is non-refundable

5. The deadline for R2 registration and video submission is August 3, 2025

6. The decision and announcement of the jury are final

7. Any application for reconsideration must be approved by the competition organizing committee
