Codes for Age Groups:

      A - Elementary (5-11 years old)

      B - Junior (11-14 years old)

      C - Senior (14-19 years old)

      D1 - Young Artist (19-25 years old): Non-Music Major

      D2 - Young Artist (19-25 years old): Music Major
